I enjoy sharing the Gospel and teaching the bible to those who want to learn about the New Testament Church.  I was ordained as a minister to do the work of an evangelist (I love to proclaim the Good news about Jesus!) I also enjoy sharing in the lives of individuals and encouraging them in their daily walk with Jesus and His church. I want to be a faithful servant of Christ.

I preached my first sermon at the age of eleven, and from that time on I have found a longing in my heart to share the good news of Jesus Christ. I have been in involved in ministry for over 32 years, the last 24 years of which I have been serving the Lord alongside the church at County Line, where I shifted from a youth ministry role into the role of Associate Minister.

Involvement in mission work has always been a part of my ministry. I have blessed to be a part of recovery trips to disaster hit areas, been involved in trips to work with at risk groups, as well as share the gospel both domestically and abroad.

In addition to my love for the Lord's church, I enjoy cooking, as well as an occasional camping, fishing or hunting trip when time and opportunity allows. I play several musical instruments and enjoys most types of music. During my free time, I serve the community through volunteering in the Public Safety system. I am a state certified Firefighter/EMT, currently serving as Chaplain and Assistant Chief for my local fire & rescue agency. I also have two pets, my dog Scout, and my "wife's cat", Minnie.

I knew I wanted to be a youth minister from the time I was seven years old, and have been honored to be serving the Lord ministering to youth for over thirteen years. I love developing a culture in the church where the teenagers are not only provided opportunities to learn about God but also be active members of His church, growing while serving and witnessing to others. I take the charge in Matthew 18:6 seriously, ministering to our teenagers with as much respect and dedication as He requires of those leading His youth.

I am self-proclaimed nerd that grew up in Kentucky. I love hunting and fishing, hiking, swimming, and kayaking - I'm always happy to spend time on the water - or just exploring the outdoors. My passion is my family, I love spending time and going on adventures with my wife and kids, and our dog Merlin. I enjoy reading and have really gotten into audio books over the last few years, but when I'm not being a never-stopping-multi-tasking-ninja-minister-dad, you can find me playing video games! I really enjoy pretty much all games, but most of the time when I'm gaming, you can find me on PC or XBOX.
